Hawaii is suffering from a food shortage for people without food, and the problem is getting worse as unemployment continues. Centralized food supplies are being asked to do more with less. To help bridge the gap, Help Is On The Way is launching a new program for people help people.
The idea is simple. If you are fortunate to have more than enough food for yourself and are willing to donate a bag of groceries to another family that does not have enough, you can submit a grocery donation below, or call (406-426-1013) or email (hihelpisontheway@gmail.com) us. We will then arrange for a volunteer driver to pick up the groceries, and hold them until we assign a delivery to a needy family. We will let you know when the delivery has been made.
If you would like to donate food to those in need, please fill out the form below.
